These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your installation and use of the Talkom AI application and related services ("Services").
By installing the Talkom AI app from the Shopify App Store or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Talkom AI is an automated AI-powered conversational assistant designed for Shopify merchants.

The Services operate through automated text-based AI interactions using models hosted on Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. No specific uptime, availability percentage, or service level commitment is guaranteed unless agreed separately in writing.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Talkom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your Shopify store.

The Services are offered via subscription through the Shopify App Store.

You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.

Talkom may issue discretionary credits but is not obligated to do so.
Your use of the Services is subject to:
You are the data controller for end-user data.
Talkom acts as a data processor and processes Personal Data solely to provide the Services.
Talkom does not sell Personal Data and does not use Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Talkom Ltd.
You retain ownership of your store data and content.
You grant Talkom a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services.
The Services rely on automated AI systems that generate responses probabilistically.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
The Services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three (3) years.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
You may terminate by uninstalling the app.
