Frequently asked questions
Is Talkom GDPR compliant?
Our privacy documents are intended to comply with EU and UK GDPR, and we offer a Data Processing Addendum under Article 28. As the merchant, you also have your own duties, such as your privacy notice to shoppers.
Which AI provider does Talkom use?
Our Data Processing Addendum lists Microsoft for cloud infrastructure and AI services.
Does Talkom use my data to train AI models?
The Terms of Service say you grant Talkom a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services. Email support@talkom.ai for specifics.
What happens to my data when I uninstall?
Conversation data is deleted after uninstall, except where the law requires us to keep it.
