- Install Talkom from the Shopify App Store. Talkom reads your products and store policies automatically.
- Review its knowledge. Check what it learned, and add links or files.
- Set its personality. Choose tone, greeting and suggested questions.
- Turn on order actions if you want them, such as tracking and cancellation. These need access to your store’s orders.
- Add it to your theme with the app embed, and choose where it appears. No code is needed, and you can try it on a copy of your theme first.

Built natively for Shopify
- Shopify Markets. Language, currency and catalog follow your markets, and analytics can be filtered by market. Reviews from EEAZI and Hammer Nutrition CEE describe using it across three and four markets.
- Live catalog and variants. Talkom learns all active products, and product changes in Shopify update it automatically.
- Metafields. Talkom can read and use data stored in metafields across your store, on products and variants.
- App embed. You add it to your theme with no code, and can try it on a copy of your theme first.
- Cart and checkout. Shoppers add products to the Shopify cart from the chat.
- Orders. Talkom can look up order details and cancel orders, using Shopify order data.
- Attributed revenue. Analytics connect conversations to orders in your store.
- Billing. Plans are charged through your Shopify bill.

Yes, you can uninstall it at any time, which stops future billing. Conversation data is deleted after uninstall, except where the law requires us to keep it.
